Chris was born the son of a woman connected to the Vescovo family. Not of any real high standing but connected enough for them to choose her for genetic experiments. Though not so much as her as the baby in her womb. Chris was the second of her children to be experimented on before birth. His older brother was also a great success. Chris has never to his knowledge met him but that means little.

Almost immediately after birth Chris was taken from his mother. A baby was of little use to them and they needed results now. He was placed in a growth chamber and artificially aged, just as his brother had been. False memories encoded within his brain to avoid any chance for damage or neuroses of the effects the procedure could have on a mind developed too quickly.

Though chronologically only four Chris appears to be man in his early twenties. Throughout the procedure he was given the basis of the skills he would need on his release from the chamber this was enhanced. He was trained to kill.
Discreetly, efficiently and unremorsefully. The genetic manipulation done on him also had greatly desired effects. He gained powerful telekinetic abilities as well as some empathic ability, most useful in locating people.

It did not take long for Chris’ reputation as an assassin to build and grow. Gradually getting more difficult assignments and achieving all expectations. He has quickly asserted himself as someone who gets the job done and leaves little evidence. Charismatic and charming much of the time his victims would gladly follow him to their deaths.
